Multi-region support

The trainer finishes preparing the standalone.

1. The trainer clicks Action, then chooses to "clone to another server".
   
2. Select the server delegates required to make the connection fast.
3. Back in the course Desktops, choose "clone from standalone" to clone the appropriate servers.
   
4. Delegates can use the DaDesktop (Virtual Machine) based on the fastest connection from their locations across Canada.
