Training Room Recording (Trainer's Desktop)

As a Trainer, you can record the Training Room and all participants' desktops. This feature is handy for reviewing course content or going over issues that students encounter during the course, which can assist with troubleshooting—both for your own notes and for development staff support.

Recording Button

Once in the Training room, locate the recording button at the bottom, as shown in the screenshot below—it's next to your name and the tags associated with your user.

 

 Once you activate the button, recording will begin and the button will slowly start flashing red. To stop recording, simply click the button again.

 

Accessing Recordings

On the course page, you can access all your recordings by clicking the `Recordings` tab. Once selected, you'll be able to choose which type of recording you'd like to view.
