Training Room View

Training Room offers a convenient way to join a course.

It lets users:-
 

1. Control their Virtual Desktops (Trainers can also control Participant's Desktops)
2. View Trainer Desktop in Grid, Side by Side mode
3. Record their Desktop
4. Pop Desktop out to another browser window, or to another monitor if preferred.
5. Chat
6. View Training Materials
    

Everything takes place right in your browser. By default, once participants join a course, they’re brought straight into the Training Room to keep things simple for new users.

Trainers also have the ability to view all participants' machines simultaneously, and can interact with any of them—for example, to help someone who needs extra assistance or is falling behind in the class. The ability to view all student machines at once is unrivalled, and it greatly helps the Trainer replicate the traditional classroom teaching.

Though it may not be immediately obvious, to exit the Training Room view, simply click the `Desktop` tab again to return to the Training page.
